Repeat Prescriptions

If you are on long-term medication you can get a repeat prescription by marking the items you require on your printed list of drugs (the right hand side of your prescription) and bringing it to the surgery.

You can post or fax it to us.

We will have your new prescription ready for collection in two working days, or we can arrange to send it direct to a local chemist.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.

Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
